Resolution (resolución)

Resolution or resolución is he official decision issued by the Spanish administration regarding your application (for a visa, residence permit, etc.). It can be favorable (approved), denegada (denied), or sometimes archivada(archived) if incomplete or abandoned. It marks the end of that particular administrative process, unless you decide to appeal. If you applied online (telemáticamente), you will usually receive the resolution through the same online platform. If you applied in person (presencialmente), it is typically sent to the postal address you provided on your application form.
