EU Family Member Residence Card

The EU Family Member Residence Card (Tarjeta de Residencia de Familiar de Ciudadano de la Unión Europea) allows non-EU relatives of Spanish or EU citizens to live and work legally in Spain. Eligible family members include spouses or registered partners, children under 21, and financially dependent parents/children. The initial card is valid for 5 years, and after that, you can apply for permanent residency valid for 10 years.
